Online Fashion Lady is a women's fashion house based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering evening dresses, jeans, shirts, sets and loungewear, both online and at our flagship boutique on Ibn Taymeeyah Road.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
  • An order is confirmed only once you receive an order-confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

3. Shipping

  • We offer complimentary shipping across Saudi Arabia on all standard orders.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy. Please review them before placing an order.

5. Wholesale

Wholesale orders are processed under separate written agreements with our team and are not subject to the standard online return policy. To enquire, please email or WhatsApp us directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All imagery, product designs, logos and written content on this site are the property of Online Fashion Lady and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Fashion Lady is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh.
