Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Online Fashion Lady processes refunds once a return has been received and approved by our quality team. It should be read together with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds apply only to items returned within 14 days of delivery and accepted after the Mandatory Quality Check.
- Items marked final sale, intimate wear, and wholesale orders are not eligible for monetary refund.
- Items damaged through wear, washing, or alteration will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (card, Mada, Apple Pay or bank transfer).
- If the original method is no longer available, store credit valid for 12 months may be offered instead.
- Cash refunds are only available for in-store cash purchases at our Riyadh boutique.
3. Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days.
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued from our side.
4. Deductions
- Initial shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- For courier-collected returns, a flat shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- Promotional discounts and gift-with-purchase items must be returned with the order; otherwise their value will be deducted.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If 10 business days have passed since you received our refund confirmation and the amount has not appeared in your account, please first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact our team and we will investigate immediately.
